On Youth Sundays our teenagers are our worship leaders. The youth share with us their experiences from the Montreat youth conference and from their mission trips. Their most recent mission trip was a week of Katrina recovery assistance in New Orleans.
Youth Sundays are always memorable events at Balmoral.
The Lenten season begins with an Ash Wednesday service. During Holy Week, we celebrate a Maundy Thursday service with our partner congregation, Parkway Gardens United Presbyterian Church, and we have a Tenebrae service on Good Friday.

On the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving, we participate in an interfaith service comprised of Catholic, Jewish, Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian, Disciples of Christ, Episcopal and Baptist congregations in the Memphis community.

During Advent our sanctuary was transformed into the perfect backdrop for our Christmas Eve Service. |
It is also a Balmoral tradition to have an early evening Christmas Eve service.
